The Table Greens farm stand sells food grown and raised on the homestead: farm fresh eggs, pasture-raised meats, aquaponic fish and crawfish, exotic vegetables, firewood and succulents. Meats and fish are by request. No middlemen. No mystery.
Our chickens, ducks, and quail roam freely across the pasture every day. The difference between a pasture-raised egg and a store egg isn't subtle - the yolks are deep orange, the flavor is rich, and the nutrition profile is dramatically better. We collect daily and sell within 24-48 hours of laying.
Every animal on this property lives a real outdoor life. Our pork comes from heritage breed pigs on rotation through woodland and pasture. Chicken and rabbit are processed on-site in our dedicated butcher area. Beef and goat are USDA-processed and returned for dry-aging in our cold storage room. Available frozen or fresh by request.
Raised in our closed-loop aquaponic raceways and natural pond - no chemicals, no antibiotics, exceptional flavor. Catfish and tilapia are available by request when harvest batches are ready. Crawfish are seasonal (spring) and sell out fast. Freshwater prawn available in late summer.
We grow varieties you won't find in any grocery store - heirloom tomatoes in 15+ colors, rare hot peppers, unusual squash, edible flowers, exotic greens, and specialty berries and fruits. Our market garden is managed without synthetic inputs. Canned goods, jams, and ferments from our harvest are also available through the season.
Our 16 acres of mature woodland produce high-quality hardwood firewood. We cut, split, and season everything on-site using our wood processing equipment. Mixed hardwood cords available year-round. We also produce live-edge lumber slabs from larger diameter trees using our on-site sawmill - for furniture makers, woodworkers, and builders.
We propagate a rotating selection of rare and unusual succulents on the homestead - from classic Echeveria and Aloe varieties to uncommon Haworthia, Gasteria, and rare imports. Each plant is healthy, well-rooted, and labeled. Great for home, office, or gifting.
Eggs, firewood, and succulents available at the roadside stand during daylight hours. No appointment needed for self-serve items. Meats and fish always by appointment.
For meats, fish, custom produce orders, and large firewood deliveries - contact us ahead of time. We don't always have everything in stock, but we'll let you know what's coming and when.

Yes. Our chickens, ducks and quail roam freely across the pasture every day, and the chickens follow the cattle through the paddock rotation. Eggs are collected daily and sold within 24-48 hours of laying, in dozens, half dozens or mixed-variety packs, year-round. The yolks are deep orange and the flavor is rich: the difference from a store egg is not subtle.
Meat is by request, so contact us ahead. We offer pork, chicken, rabbit, goat and beef, fresh or frozen. Chicken and rabbit are processed on-site in our butcher area, while beef and goat are USDA-processed and returned for dry-aging in our cold room for 21-45 days. We will tell you what is available and when the next batch is ready.
Crawfish are a spring product, trap-harvested from our natural pond from April through June, and they sell out fast. Catfish and tilapia are available by request when harvest batches are ready, and freshwater prawn come in late summer. Fish can be whole, filleted or, for crawfish, live. Contact us to get on the fish list.
Yes, year-round. Our 16 acres of mature woodland produce mixed hardwood firewood that is cut, split and seasoned on-site and sold by the full, half or quarter cord. Larger-diameter trees are milled on our on-site sawmill into live-edge lumber slabs for furniture makers, woodworkers and builders, and custom milling is available by request.
Table Greens is still in development and not yet open to visitors. When the stand is open, eggs, firewood and succulents are self-serve at the roadside stand during daylight hours, while meats and fish are always by appointment. Until then, contact us or join the newsletter to hear about availability first.
